Cayla’s Spinich Artichoke Bites

Why make Spinich Artichoke Bites?
Spinich Artichoke Bites are an amazing dish to make. It can be used as a mid-day snack or an appatizer to a nice dinner. My family and I have loved this meal for many years. When visiting ther family or friends houses we will bring it over for everyone. When an event is hosted at our house the same dish is made.

- 350 degrees
Ingredients:
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Mayo
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoon chopped Green Chilies
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 loaf Crescent Dough
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Thinly sliced Scallions
Instructions:
- Take a can of Artichoke Hearts, rinse, drain and then chop.
- Combine first six ingredients together and set aside.
- Shape dough into 24, one-inch balls with floured fingers.
- Press into bottoms + sides of greased muffin tin.
- Fill up cups with mixture.
- Sprinkle it with mozzerella.
- Bake 18-22 minutes.
- Garnish with scallions.
